Hannah Levine
Hi, I’m Hannah — a BANT-registered nutritional therapist and UK-trained naturopath.
My passion for nutrition began with my own health journey. As a child and teenager, I experienced chronic digestive issues, food intolerances, autoimmunity, and challenges with mental health. Years of conventional treatment brought limited answers, which led me to explore the impact of diet and lifestyle. Over time, I began to see clear connections — and eventually, significant improvements in my symptoms.
I hold a degree in Human Ecology (USA), focusing on the relationship between environment and human health, alongside clinical training in naturopathic nutrition and naturopathy in the UK. My work is grounded in a functional medicine framework, taking a whole-body approach and using targeted testing where appropriate to understand and address underlying imbalances.
A key influence in my path was my mother’s experience with chronic fatigue syndrome (ME) during my teenage years, at a time when little was understood about the condition. Watching her journey — and eventual recovery — shaped my commitment to helping others navigate complex health challenges.
Thousands of hours have been dedicated to studying nutrition science, with ongoing learning to stay aligned with the latest research. My approach is both evidence-informed and highly personalised — helping you connect the pieces of your own “health puzzle” and move toward lasting wellbeing.
While I am not a medical doctor, my training allows me to provide in-depth support in nutrition, functional testing, supplementation, and lifestyle medicine. If you’re looking for a thoughtful, science-based, and personalised approach — without the cost often associated with clinical functional medicine — you’re in the right place.
